Taking it’s name from the Kaituna River in the Bay of Plenty, steeped in history the Kaituna wood fire lends traditional wood firebox designs with elevated new technology. With a focus on a cleaner environment, longer burn time and safety the Kaituna has the latest Masport Ultra m-3 techonology – a combination of stainless steel box baffle with airtubes for durability and reduced air noise; ceramic bricks to retain more heat by creating more thermal mass; and startup latch for upgraded safety during the fire lighting stage. With a 6mm steel firebox and radiant cook top, the Kaituna is suited to small to medium sized homes and available in 4 base options: Pedestal, Ash Pan, Woodstacker and Legs.
