You've made getting a new log burner a breeze. From sales to the install, everyone has been so knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, punctual, and professional (with some good banter thrown in). Roll on next winter when I'll show it no mercy with my new burner!

We're so glad we went with you guys, it has been so stress free and the service of every one of you has been awesome. We will be recommending you to anyone we meet who needs a new fire.

Thank you so much for organising the woodburner for me at Karamea. The fire has been lit and is a great success. Even just ticking along on low the old house feels warmer and drier. The men installing it were great and they did a good job.

Thank you and your team for your assistance from choosing a fireplace, doing mountains of paper, answering questions, all the way to installing the fireplace and having to deal with Buller Council on the compliance. I have been especially impressed with the attention to detail and a special thank you if you can pass it on to the installing team who persevered through rain and a slick driveway.  The fireplace warms the whole house, uses about 2 thirds less wood and heats the water better.  I have never been so warm and toasty.  We love it.
